    Chloe has made such a big impact on my life from day one. She has been a coach, counsellor and friend all in one. When I first met Chloe I had an unhealthy relationship with food. Chloe thought me not to feel guilty about certain foods and changed my whole mindset. There is no such thing as 'bad' food. All food is good and some in small moderation. I was still able to enjoy food whilst still sticking to our plan. My confidence grew and I no longer felt hatred towards the girl in the mirror.

    All I can say is DO IT!! It's honestly been the best decision I have ever made. Meeting Chloe has changed my life. I am so grateful to be on this journey thanks to Chloe.

    I came to Chloe because I wanted to become fitter and stronger. Any time I spent at the gym revolved around cardio and I wanted to learn about strength training but didn’t know where to start. I thought having a coach would be a good starting point 

    Since starting with Chloe my strength has increased a lot. I struggled a lot at the start and felt so weak but have since built a lot more strength up and am now lifting weights that I never thought I would have been capable of, My sleep and anxiety has improved, I used to struggle with sleeping a lot but noticed it improved a lot when I began training. I also find the gym helps with anxiety and that I feel more calm and relaxed after each workout & My confidence in the gym has improved. I used to feel intimidated and out of place in the gym but now feel a lot more comfortable in there. 

    I enjoyed learning all about weight training and being able to see myself getting stronger each week. It felt great to be able to lift heavier each week and see my strength build up more than I ever thought it would. Having a coach there that provided constant support and encouragement had the most impact on me, I was always pushed out of my comfort zone and made to feel challenged during the sessions. 

    My strength has improved, I was very weak when I first started and am now able to lift weights heavier than I ever thought I could. My nutrition has also greatly improved. I used to eat barely any protein and now I make sure that I have it at each meal. I am also eating a lot more than I was before and feel I have an all around healthier relationship with food. I would definitely recommend you to others. You made the whole experience fun and enjoyable and were always supportive and encouraging and pushed me out of my comfort zone. You were also really attentive and flexible which made the whole experience easier

    I came to Chloe because I was at a point where I knew that I needed the accountability to check in, keep track and just have that support.. all of which, I got from Chloe! My personal goal was to just be accountable, up my training and increase my strength and monitor my food too! I'm so confident going to the gym now. The holiday and wedding was a huge one for me and I felt great. I lost about 3 kilos in I think 6 weeks in a deficit. No way could I have done that alone

    3 benefits that I gained when training with Chloe were:

    1. Confidence. not just in myself but going to the gym and even using equipment that I would have stayed away from.

    2. Strength, I always tried to increase my weights each week.

    3. Weight, Chloe showed me how normal it is for our weight to go up and down, especially for women. This was massive for me and something I would have gotten hung up on before

    I think the check ins were my favourite part of the journey... some days I was in no mood and even when I might drag myself through a work out, Chloe was so supportive .. sometimes felt like I was moaning but the feedback was always so supportive and encouraging! The nutrition side of the coaching probably had the most impact on me, I'm more aware of the importance of protein in my diet. I would have thought that protein was for either very skinny ppl needing to increase weight or that it was for body builders! But I'm conscious of that now and actively find myself seeking out sources to include in my meals and snacks Overall I feel so good. My stamina has improved... I've gotten better at even taking my time, adding on weight but not racing through a set and working on building the strength as opposed to just jumping straight in and getting frustrated if I can't finish the set. Hope that makes sense !

    Something I wasn't expecting, was the community aspect. The girls in the group chat, the girls on the hike.! I stood outside the gym chatting to one of the girls from the hike a few weeks ago, and I loved that - everyone is so sound and also so supportive of one another! Women supporting women! I'm always singing your praises and showing off my plan! I also find myself looking back at the videos for motivation! I think the service is so personal, and only when you look at insta or the group you see the amount of clients that you have and work with but you make ppl feel very individual which is great.. I certainly felt that way anyway! Also, online is super.. I see why it might not work for everyone but it really worked for me and is / was exactly what I needed.

    I came to Chloe to gain my confidence back and progress in the gym. I would never have done my own workout routine and only attended classes. I feel I can go to the gym and squat heavy weights now etc. and approach machines knowing what to do.

    It's great to have because the gym can be very daunting. Some of the benefits I have noticed from training with Chloe are my constant increased in strength, feeling more toned, energetic and fit & a big thing I have noticed are my periods hardly bother me now.

    Although I don't record every single thing | eat, I definitely am a lot more aware of what I eat and even how much water I drink. I never understood the importance of protein in every meal so getting that is a huge change. I think the whole thing has impacted me, feeling better in clothes, having more confidence has had a knock on effect in every part of my life :)

    Being more body positive and being confident to wear clothes and not have the mindset that I need to be really skinny in general or to wear them has been refreshing. But feeling better in clothes has been the best feeling. Still have a way to go but it's a big difference for me. I use to get stressed about an event or group night out a week in advance and go do 5 HIIT classes that week to try feel and look better or be stressed about photos and it was a really negative mindset, now I don't worry about my weekend plans / photos and clothes because I've moved away from thinking like that.

    I would recommend Chloe as a PT because shes a pusher but in all the best ways possible! :D Your plan is really thought out and allows you to really see your own progression. You're a very approachable person and it really helped me make the step and continue my journey that I needed to feel the way I do today so l would say that to others.
